We have a 5-day replacement/return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return.

First things first

We are proud to inform you that all our t-shirts are 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, lycra rubbed neck, bio-washed, and made from high-quality 180 GSM material, unlike the 160 GSM material sold by many other online stores. Our prints are exceptionally durable and designed to last the life of the t-shirts.

To avoid any size discrepancies, please always check the size chart before making a purchase, as we print on demand.

We have an extremely low return rate of just 2%. This means that out of every 100 t-shirts sold, only 2 are returned for an exchange due to size issues. In most cases, this happens because customers did not refer to the size chart. So, if you’re unsure, please double-check the chart to ensure a perfect fit.

Eligibility for Replacement or Return

To be eligible for a replacement or return, you must share an unboxing video. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

We only accept returns if the product you received:

  • Is in a damaged condition
  • Is a different product than the one you ordered

If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Refunds

We provide refunds to bank account on any return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Payments

DataSwag accepts UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking for payments.

Shipping

DataSwag offers shipping to cities all over India. Customers usually receive their orders within 7-8 working days. The customer is responsible for any import duty that may be levied upon their order.

Free Shipping is included in all orders without any minimums.

All COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will go through a verification process. Only verified address orders will be shipped.

  • Order Verification Time: 1 day
  • Processing Time: 2 days
  • Shipping Transit Time: 3-5 days

We ship via surface shipping partners, and generally speaking, you should get your order within a week after order verification.

Once your DataSwag order ships, it must go to the address provided at the time you place your order. If you cannot receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse.

Any refund against RTO (Return to Origin) orders will not be initiated. You can request us to re-ship it with a new actual address and contact details. We will reship it on the next working day.
